ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, all orders immediately begin processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.



CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

 

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Because these items are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.



SALE ITEMS

 

All sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.



ELIGIBLE RETURNS

 

For items that are eligible for return (non-custom, non-personalized, non-sale items):


  • Returns must be initiated and completed within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Approved returns will receive store credit only.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
  • Store credit cannot be converted to cash and is non-transferable.



RETURN CONDITIONS

 

To maintain the integrity and hygiene of our jewelry:


  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
  • Je Ne Sais Quoi is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Any lost or undelivered return packages are the customer’s responsibility.



DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.



REFUNDS


At this time, Je Ne Sais Quoi does not offer cash or credit-card refunds except in cases where we cannot fulfill your order or an item is out of stock.
