Custom & Personalized Jewelry
Because each custom piece is created just for you, please allow:
- 2–4 weeks total for processing, crafting, and delivery.
These timelines ensure your jewelry is made with the quality and detail it deserves.
Non-Custom Jewelry
Ready-to-ship items typically arrive within:
- 7–12 business days from the date your order is placed.
Please note: Processing times and shipping times are separate. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

- All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.
- Je Ne Sais Quoi is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first to verify delivery details. While we will assist when possible, Je Ne Sais Quoi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Any pre-order or special release items will ship according to the timeline specified in the product description. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship separately.
